We started Soapso because we love making things that make people smile. We make soaps that fit your style and add a bit of cheer to your day every time you wash your hands.

We design and make every Soapso bar entirely by hand in our small New York City studio in small batches. We start by brainstorming fun design ideas, sketching them out, and then designing them digitally. We make the bars by layering different soaps, carefully cutting out the designs, arranging them together, and then topping everything off with a clear soap layer. It's a long process, but we love it, and we think it's great that something as simple as soap could bring people joy.

Every bar of Soapso soap is 100% glycerin-based soap. You can use the whole thing, including the part with the design. Our soaps are vegan-friendly and never tested on animals. They're phthalate-free and paraben-free. Our full list of ingredients can be found on each product page. Soapso soaps may be fun, but we take the quality of our ingredients very seriously.
