Return Policy

We're happy to offer free returns and exchanges on Soapso products for up to 30 days after the original purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you wish to return a product, please email hello@soapso.com within 30 days of receiving it, and we will send you instructions and a return shipping label. Once we receive and approve the return, a refund will be issued.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card balance, including your pending transactions again, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items and custom items cannot be refunded.

Shipping

Soapso is proud to offer $5 flat rate shipping on all purchases through USPS. UPS 2-day shipping is available for an additional fee. Shipping estimates do not include processing time, which is 1-2 days for most products.
